CRP Case Management Program Details
CRP is a program that is dedicated to assisting individuals who are struggling with obtaining/maintaining employment. By providing intensive employment focused case management, the staff will assist the participants with obtaining vocational training by encouraging them to participate in the Occupational Training Program where they will gain the employment related soft skills to be successful at any employment. In addition, the staff will assist with the development of a resume, obtaining interviewing skills, and job searches. The CRP staff will provide support in relapse prevention and linkage to other community resources to address issues that may be keeping the individuals from being successful.
CRP believes in the village approach to assist the individuals served by the program. Thus, the program is thankful for the collaborations with local employers and other community agencies.
The CRP staff is active in the community by participating in various community activities and being members of boards/councils, like Bridges out of Poverty, Re-entry Councils, Human Resource Associations, and Drug Free MHC.
